摘要
目的探讨中药多糖含量测定方法的可行性及稳定性。方法对测定多糖常用对照品葡萄糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖,参考文献方法,分别采用硫酸-苯酚法、硫酸-蒽酮法比较显色反应后吸收曲线的稳定性。结果不同单糖对照品显色反应后最大吸收波长不同,其中硫酸-苯酚法显色反应后稳定性较好,硫酸-蒽酮法稳定性较差。结论硫酸-苯酚法为较理想的多糖含量测定方法。
Objective The thesis is intended to discuss the feasibility and stability of methods used to determine the content of polysaccarides in Chinese medicine. Methods Common control samples used in determining polysaccarides were glucose, rhamnose and galactose, and with reference to documentary methods, H2SO4 -minophenol method and H2SO4 -anthrone method are used to compare the stability of the absorption curse after chromogenic reaction. Results The maximum absorption wavelengths of different monosaccharide control samples vary, with the H2 SO4 - minophenol method having relatively better stability after chromogenic reaction, and the H2SO4 -anthrone method having poorer stability. Conclusion The H2SO4 -minophenol method is the relatively ideal method in determination of polysaccaride content.
