高效液相色谱法测定心脑通口服液中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Xinnaotong Oral Liquor by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定心脑通口服液中丹酚酸B的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），甲醇-0．5％冰乙酸（34：66）为流动相，检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B在0．06696—3．348μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．0％，RSD=2．43％。结论该法快速简便，精密度好，灵敏度高，可用于产品的质量控制；

Objective To establish a method using HPLC for determination of salvianolic acid B in Xinnaotong oral liquid. Methods The analysis was performed on Hypersil ODS2 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm） , mobile phase ： methanol - 0.5% acetic acid （ 34 ： 66） , the detection wavelength was at 286 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 06696 - 3. 348μg, （ r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 100.0% and RSD was 2.43%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for quality control of Xinnaotong oral liquid.
