消斑颗粒质量标准的研究

The Quality Standard of Xiaoban Granules

目的建立消斑颗粒的质量标准。方法应用薄层色谱法对消斑颗粒中制何首乌、陈皮、当归与川芎进行了定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对颗粒中2,3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷进行了含量测定。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性样品无干扰；2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷在0．131～1．965μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．99997，加样回收率在95％～105％之间，RSD为2．05％（n=5）。结论该方法简便且精确，重现性好，可以作为消斑颗粒的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Xiaoban Granules. Methods Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. , Citrus reticulata Blanco , Angelica sinensis （ Oliv. ） Diels and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. were identified by thin layer chromatography , and the content of 2,3,5,4 ＂ -Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside were measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatography . Results Chromatography speckles were clear , and the negative sample showed no interference ; 2,3,5,4 ＂ -Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 131 - 1. 965 μg , r =0. 999 97 , the recovery was between 95% and 105% , with RSD 2.05% （n = 5）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Xiaoban Granules .
