身心同治对功能性消化不良的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of the Body Mental State Cures together with the Functional Dyspepsia Observe

目的用"形神合一"的理论,探索心理障碍与功能性消化不良发病的关系及身心同治的疗效。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),对功能性消化不良患者治疗前后心理障碍状况进行评估;在中药常规治疗的基础上,对心理治疗组加以心理治疗,比较两组疗效。结果功能性消化不良患者38.71%伴有明显的抑郁情绪;心理治疗组疗效明显优于常规治疗组。结论功能性消化不良的发病与心理障碍关系密切,治疗功能性消化不良,应重视身心同治。

Results The functional dyspepsia sufferer 38.71% chaperonage obvious gloomy ood ;The mental state treatment set treatment result surpasses general treatment set obviously. Conclusion The outbreak and the Mental obstacle relation of the functional dyspepsia are close. Treatment on the functional dyspepsin should value body mental state cures together.
