摘要 介绍了中国石化齐鲁股份有限公司氯碱厂引进的美国西方化学公司悬浮法37万t/a PVC装置的工艺及特点,对开车后出现的问题提出了相应的措施:优化参数,聚合温度控制在设定温度的±1℃;放料时,釜顶回流冷凝器冲洗设定为240 s;根据釜内料调整为4步水洗法冲洗;根据放料罐的液位设定先回收的放料罐中的物料量;回流冷凝器底部、聚合釜、回流冷凝器顶部的防粘釜剂用量改为1.5、10.02、.5 kg,聚合釜防粘釜剂喷涂后釜壁冷凝时间改为180 s,聚合釜搅拌在防粘釜剂喷涂时停止运转8 min。 The process and characteristics of 370 kt/a PVC production facility imported from American Occidental Petroleum Corporation by the Chlor - Alkali Plant of Qilu Inc. , SINOPEC were introduced. According to the problems that occurred after the facility put into operation,the corresponding solutions were proposed: (1)optimizing parameters to control the polymerization temperature at the set temperature ±1 ℃; (2)while discharging, the time for flushing the reflux condenser which was located at the top of polymerizer was set for 240 s; (3)according to the material in polymerizer, four steps of flushing methods were adopted; (4)the amount of material in the discharging tank which was recycled initially was set according to the level of discharging tank; (5)the using amount of anti fouling agents fed into the bottom of reflux condenser,polymerizer and the top of reflux condenser were changed to 1.5,10.0 and 2.5 kg respectively, time for cooling the wall of polymerizer after being sprayed with antifouling agents was changed to 180 s,and while spraying antifouling agents,the agitator of polymerizer was stopped running for 8 minutes.
