乙炔和氯化氢混合气水分测定方法探讨

Discussion on the methods for the measurement of water content in the gas mixture of acetylene and hydrogen chloride

采用露点仪法和重量法对乙炔和氯化氢混合气中的水分进行测定。结果表明,露点仪法和重量法都可以作为中控混合脱水的分析方法,但重量法在准确度、精密度以及对分析人员的危害及环保方面都优于露点仪法。

Dew point meter method and gravimetric method were adopted to determine the water content in the gas mixture of acetylene and hydrogen chloride. The results showed that both these measurement methods could be used as the analysis methods for the intermediate control of mixing dewatering process,and compared with dew point meter method,gravimetric method was better in accuracy,precision, harm to analysts and environmental protection.
