装备战备能力评估模型研究

从人-机-环境系统工程的角度考虑，针对目前部队的装备战备工作提出了装备战备能力评估模型，以便从人、装备、环境等角度对装备战备工作进行评估。同时确定了战备能力评估模型的指标体系，并对各定量指标的权重进行了确定，对定性指标的无量纲特征值进行了模糊处理。
