粘弹铅芯阻尼器在控制输电塔风振反应中的应用 被引量:26

摘要 以晋东南-南阳-荆门1000kV输电线路中最常用输电塔为例,为高柔的风敏感结构,有必要对其抗风性能进行分析。以此为工程背景,采用了双层粘弹性材料和铅组合的粘弹铅芯阻尼器进行风振控制。为了不削弱塔杆,将粘弹铅芯阻尼器平行于角钢并联安装于塔杆上,对其具体构造进行了初步地设计。然后根据本工程输电塔的特点,对单塔和塔线耦合体系采用7种方案进行粘弹铅芯阻尼器的布置。编制了风速模拟程序,模拟了适用于本工程的横线向脉动风速场。采用时程分析方法,针对7种阻尼器布置方案计算了单塔和塔线耦合体系在模拟的风荷载作用下的风振响应,进行了时域内的控制效果分析。计算结果表明,所设计的控制系统达到了很好的减振效果,为将来的试验和安装提供了较为准确的理论依据。 The example of Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen 1000kV transmission line system shows that the structure is super flexible and wind-sensitive so that analysis of wind-resistant capacity of the system must be performed. Based on a certain project, the lead viscoelastic dampers with lead double layers of glue elastic material and inside are used to control the wind performance. The structure is preliminarily designed as that lead viscoelastic dampers are installed at the tower pole parallel to the angle steel to avoid weakening of tower pole. According to the project requirement, lead viscoelastic dampers are laid in seven schemes on single tower or tower-line coupling system. A computer program compiled is used to simulate the fluctuating wind velocity. The time history analysis method is used in the seven schemes to calculate the wind-induced response of single tower or tower-line coupling system, and the effects of wind-induced vibration control in time domain are investigated. The result shows the efficiency of the control system and some theoretical bases are provided for advanced experimental research and for correct installing of dampers.
