摘要
固体废物的减量化是固体废物污染防治的有效途径,也是推动循环经济向深层开展的重要内容。介绍了美国和日本固体废物减量化的主要做法,并分析了我国固体废物减量化工作中存在的主要问题。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,提出我国固体废物减量化的若干对策和建议。
Reduction of the solid waste is an effective way of the solid waste prevention and governance ,at the same time,it is also the important aspect of the further development of circular economy.In this paper, foreign experience （USA and Japan was taken as the examples）was discussed, the problems existed in China were analyzed.At last, some strategies and proposals suitable for China aimed at solid waste reduction were brought forward.
