社会和谐视野中分配制度的正义性

The justice of distribution system in social harmony

分配公平是社会和谐的基本要求,因而应是社会基本制度安排的主题,我们应当平等地分配资源(财富)。虽然我们在现实生活中做到完全的平等是不可能的,但是,只有当每一个人、尤其是那些最少受惠者能够得到最大化利益补偿时,现实的社会不平等才具有正义性。而这一点需用制度安排实现,并且在此过程中政府应当积极作为。

Fair distribution is the basic need of social harmony. Therefore,it should be the theme of the arrangement of basic social systems. We should distribute resources equally or fairly. Though it is impossible to be completely equal, only when each person,especially the least priviged can get the biggest compensation of interests, can the social inequality have justice. This can be carried out through the arrangement of systems and our government should do more about it.
