摘要
目的探讨认知情绪调节策略在大学生生活事件和心理健康间的作用。方法对吉林省3所高校的329名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果认知情绪调节策略在大学生生活事件和心理健康中起着重要作用,其中消极认知情绪调节策略在其中既起部分中介作用又起调节作用,而积极认知情绪调节策略只起一定的调节作用。结论提高大学生的心理健康水平不仅要减少生活事件的发生频率,而且要培养大学生应用积极认知情绪调节策略的能力。
Objective To explore the role of cognitive emotion regulation between undergraduate students' life events and psychological health. Methods 329 students from 3 universities of Jilin were suveyed by questionnaire. Results Cognitive emotion regulation played an important role between life events and psychological health. The negative cognitive emotion regulation played an medi - effect and moderating effect, and positive cognitive emotion regulation played certain moderating effect. Conclusion Promoting the students' psychological health, we should not only decrease the life events, but also cultivate the students ' ability of using the positive cognitive emotion regulation.
