摘要
根据菲利普.科特勒的顾客价值属性模型和我国医药零售业的特点,确定了6个顾客满意的影响因素,然后利用联合分析法对这6个因素的相对重要性进行了量化分析。笔者在此基础上,结合我国医药零售业的经营现状,为我国医药专卖店如何提高顾客满意度提出相应的对策建议。
Based upon Philip · Kotler' s Value Proposition Model and the particular characteristics of China drugstore industry, 6 major customer satisfaction factors are selected and are quantitatively analyzed by means of Conjoint Analysis of SPSS to determine their relative importance, and countermeasures are proposed for companies in the this industry to improve their competitiveness.
