摘要
目的是界定药灾。通过对灾害相关理论和药灾主要表现的研究,课题组提出药灾应具备的特征、药灾起因、药灾转折、药灾定义和衡量药灾严重程度的评估指标。
The objective of the paper is to define the medicine disaster. After study the related theories on disasters and the phenomenon of medicine disasters, the authors concluded the characters and definition of medical disasters and its degree of evaluation index.
