摘要
采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光器对普通玻璃进行铣削加工。系统地研究了工艺参数对铣削量和铣削面质量的影响规律,并利用优化的铣削工艺对玻璃进行多种形状无裂纹铣削加工试验。
Experiments of laser milling were done on glass with YAG laser. The specialiments on the accounts of laser milling and milling surface quality with different parameters were studied systematically, and experiments of different shapes were also researched with optimized processes.
