摘要
本文以石膏墙板生产流水线上采用PLC、变频器、同步控制器和光电编码器组合的控制方案在石膏墙板连续生产作业过程中实现同步切割的自动切割系统为研究对象,提出了适合PLC和同步控制器控制的能在石膏墙板生产流水线上实现高精度定长(可调)自动切割的新型设计方案。为实现石膏墙板生产流水线上高精度定长(可调)切割提供了技术手段,提高了石膏墙板的生产效率和自动化程度。
The paper focuses on the realization of the cutting system of synchronous cutting based on the combination of PLC, Frequency transformer, Synchronous controller and Photoelectric encoder adopted in gypsum wallboard produce assembly line and puts forward a new-style design project which is applied to PLC and synchronous controller control and ensure high precision auto cutting with regular length which is adjustable in gypsum wallboard produce assemble line. The new-style design project for gypsum wallboard produce assembly line with high precision auto cutting with regular length which is adjustable and improves the production efficiency and automation degree of gypsum wallboard.
