注塑机温度控制系统的研究与实现

Study and Design of Temperature Control System of Plastic Injecting Machine

采用单片机和模糊控制实现对注塑机的料桶温度控制,以达到精密注塑的温度要求。根据注塑机料筒温度的自动控制问题,提出了采用模糊控制理论来设计温度控制系统的思路,并介绍了模糊控制器的结构、模糊控制规则的设计及实现方法。

In order to obtain precise temperature adjustment and satisfy the requirement of plastic injection, a single chip with fuzzy control to realize an advanced temperature controlling. The paper puts forward an idea of designing for stove temperature of injection machine control system by designing the fuzzy set theory , and introduces the structure of the fuzzy roller, the design procedures of the fuzzy control regulations and realization method.
