摘要
电缆输送机是电缆敷设的常用设备,介绍了其各部件的设计及制造要点。为了输送时不损伤电缆的护套,所设计的电缆输送机采用了双侧履带式传力结构。在设计中还采用了焊接式支架、齿轮与蜗杆传动、手柄弹簧夹紧等装置,使该电缆输送机具有结构简单、性能好、体积小、质量轻、操作简便等特点。
Cable conveyer is one of the common used equipments in cable installation. The design and fabrication key points of its parts are presented. In order to prevent the cable sheath from being damaged during conveying, the designed conveyer employs force transmission mechanism with two-side caterpillars. In the design, the welding frame, gear and worm transmission, handle spring clamp, etc. are also applied, so that the conveyer features simple in structure, good in performance, compact in volume, light in weight, and convenient in operation.
