摘要
目的:探讨含神经营养因子NTN的几丁质涂层的PGLA神经导管在修复兔面神经缺损中的作用。方法:将24只新西兰雄兔的两侧面神经下颊支分别造成10 mm的缺损,右侧用管腔内注入NTN的几丁质涂层的PGLA导管修复,左侧用自体神经移植修复作对照。术后5、10、14周,分别对兔进行大体观察、电生理检测、组织学观察。结果:术后5周,实验侧神经传导速度未测出;术后10周和14周实验侧和对照侧的神经传导速度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验侧术后10周,再生神经中有髓和无髓神经纤维排列整齐,术后14周,再生神经中有髓和无髓神经纤维数量增加,形态接近正常神经。结论:含NTN的几丁质涂层的PGLA导管可为兔面神经缺损提供良好的修复环境。
Objective: To evaluate the repair effects of PGLA tubes coated with chitin containing nerve growth factor (Neurturin) in facial neurologic defect in rabbit. Methods: Bilateral 10 mm gaps of jowl buccal branch of facial nerves were made in 24 rabbits. PGLA tubes coated with chitin containing NTN were implanted into right gaps, and autologous nerves were grafted into the left gaps as control. Nerve regeneration observing and electrophysiological test and histological examination were taken postoperative 5,10,14 weeks respectively. Results: At postoperative 5 week, nerve conduction velocity can not be tested in experimental side; At postoperative 10 and 14 week, nerve conduction velocity had no differences in experimental and control side (P〉0.05). Medullated nerve fiber and non-medullated nerve fiber in regenerated nerve lined up in order 10 weeks postoperatively, the amount of medullated nerve fiber and nonmedullated nerve fiber in regenerated nerve increased, their morphous was near normal 14 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion: PGLA tube containing NTN can provide favourable repair condition for facial neurologic defect in rabbit.
