Amended swenson surgery treat congenital megacolon in kids

目的：探讨治疗儿童先天性巨结肠新的手术方法。方法：采用改良swenson术式治疗儿童先天性巨结肠10例。结果：全部患者随诊3～18月，无一例发生失禁、污粪、便秘等并发症。

Objective. To explore a new surgery method in curing congenital megacolon in kids. Methods： Ten patients with congenital megacolon were treated by amended Swenson surgery. Results： All patients were followed up 3-18 months, no one had complications, such as incontinence, filthy egesta, constipation. Conclusion： Amended Swenson surgery is a better approach to treat congenital megacolon.
