子宫切除术后发生尿潴留的临床观察

Clinical observation of urinary retention post hysterectomy

目的：探讨妇科手术后并发尿潴留的原因及预防。方法：回顾性总结我院2003年1月-2005年8月宫颈癌及卵巢癌手术治疗的患者尿潴留的发病率。总结其临床特点。结果：宫颈癌及卵巢癌尿潴留发病率分别为18．2％及5．9％。结论：改良的术式及综合预防可降低尿潴留的发生。

Objective： To study the causes of urinary retention post gynecological operations and the approaches of prevention. Methods： Patients with uterine cervical or ovary cancer from January 2003 to August 2005 were studied retrospectively. The incidence of urinary retention and clinical features were discussed, Results： The rate of urinary retention in patients with surgery of uterine cervical or ovary cancer was 18.2% and 19. 5%, respectively. Conclusion： Amended hysterectomy and comprehensive prevention could lower urine retention.
