摘要
合成了二(N-十二烷基,N,N-二羧甲基铵基)-4,4’-二甲基联苯双子表面活性剂。首先用十二胺、联苯二氯苄在100~110℃反应7~10h得到中间体。纯化的中间体与氯乙酸钠反应得到二(N-十二烷基,N,N-二羧甲基铵基)-4,4’-二甲基联苯双子表面活性剂。提纯后的双子表面活性剂做了红外光谱分析,由红外光谱图中的特征吸收峰检测反应情况。在对其的物化试验中,得到了表面张力并计算得到HLB值。分别对两步反应的合成路线、反应温度、反应时间、反应物的摩尔比等因素做了详细的分析,得到了反应的最佳条件。
A Gemini surfactant, Bis ( N - dodecyl, N, N - diethyloic - ammonium) - 4,4' - dimethylxen - ene, was synthesized. The intermediate were prepared by 1 -dideanamine and 4,4 - chloromethyldiphenyl at 100 - 110℃ for 7 - 10 hours. The Gemini surfactant was synthe sized by the purified intermediate and sodium chloroacetate. The structure of the Gemini surfactant was analyzed by the infra - red (IR) spectrum. The IR spectrum shows the special absorption peak of the Gemini surfactant. The surface tension, and HLB value were examined by the physical chemistry experiment. The synthetic route, reaction temperature, reaction time and the mole ratio of the reactants were analyzed, and the best conditions of the reactions were obtained.
