Determination of chromosome aberration on human interphase spermatozoa by fluorescence in sita hybridization

摘要 为研究人类精子染色体的畸变,用3号染色体涂染探针对人类精子间期核进行荧光原位杂交(简称FISH),检测了10名正常健康男子和2名涉及3号染色体平衡易位携带者t(3;7)、t(3;9)的精液。结果表明,正常男性精子间期核中3号染色体数目和(或)结构畸变率<2%,涉及3号染色体平衡易位携带者的畸变率>10%。 In order to analyze chromosome aberration in human spermatozoa, 3 chromosome painting probe was used to detect human interphase spermatozoa by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Interphase spermatozoa of 10 healthy normal men and 2 balanced translocation carriers with t (3; 7 ), t (3; 9 )were obsercved. The result showed that the frequency of 3 chromoseome aberration in interphase spermatozoa of healthy normal men was <2 % and in balanced translocation carriers > 10%.
