摘要
针对真空练泥机的操作、真空系统的密封性能及维修保养提出使用真空练泥机时应注意的问题:熟练掌握开机、关机程序;泥料的含水率应均匀一致,约为20%;采用抽气量和功率偏大的真空泵。分析了产生真空室堵塞、泥料产量低、泥段发热、泥段表面粗糙和泥段结合不紧密的原因。提出了解决方法,如:清理筛板上的杂物,确保泥料快速通过;调整泥料含水率;发现机械传动部分磨损时,补焊并打磨抛光,或更换新的配件;检查真空系统的密封性能,发现漏气,及时检修。
Aimed to work of vacuum press, sealing of deairing system and maintenance work, some aspects concerning vacuum press usage are described, such as skillful work as per starting and ending procedure, homogenizing body moisture at about 20%, application of deairing pump of enlarged capaci- ty. Causes of vacuum chamber jam, low capacity, body heating, rough body surface and insufficient body compactness etc.. Solution measures are proposed such as sieve clearing to ensure fast passing of body, body moisture controlling, worn part patching and finishing or replacing, deairing system sealing and controlling.
