A review about new progress in immunoaffinity chromatography technology and its application in detection for mycotoxin is presented. The former imposes on the principle for immunoaffinity chromatography, demand and selection for the immuno-absorbents, preparetion and application of immunoaffinity column. While the latter concerns the application in detection for aflatoxin, ochratoxin A, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, fumonisin, T-2 toxin and so on.
