数控机床的零点定位误差,直接影响机床的加工精度。针对数控七轴钻头刃磨机床,研究了一种结构简单、成本低、精度可靠的零点定位方法。定位精度为±0.
Machining accuracy of numerical controlled machine is directly determined by zero-point positioning error. This paper presents a kind of zero-point positioning method which is lowcost, reliable and simple in structure. The positioning accuracy is up to ±0.25 pulse equivalent.
