On the Building up Hang Jia Hu Technical and Economic Development Area

在科技革命的新形势下,地区经济发展面临着新的任务和挑战。杭嘉湖地区在我国沿海经济开放区中处于特殊的地位,大学的科学研究在新的形势下也面临着如何与经济建设结合的任务。本文提出了高等学校与杭嘉湖地区联合进行杭嘉湖地区科技开发的必要性和可能性,论述了建立杭嘉湖科技开发区的意义、条件和战略。

Under a situation of S & T revolution, regional economy development meets new lasks and difficulties. Hang Jia Hu area plays a special role in economic development in the south-eaat coastal areas of China. Research work in chinese unlversities meets a prob- lem of how to joint with economic development. The paper proposes necossity and possibility of building up Hang Jia Hu Technical and Economic Developmen Area and discusses roles, conditions and strategies of building up of Hang Jia Hu Technical and Economic Develop- ment Area.
