摘要
对魔芋的组成和葡甘露聚糖的分子物性进行了分析,测定了魔芋糊的成糊性、贮存稳定性和在涂料印花中的表面给色量,确定了魔芋粉的制糊条件和应用工艺,并在实际生产中探讨了魔芋糊应用于涂料印花的可能性.
The chemical composition of konjaku flour and the physical performances of the konjac glucomannan molecule are studied. The paste-forming, stability during storation and colour yield of pigments on the printed fabric surface of konjaku paste are tested. In the meantime, technical conditions for making konjaku paste and workshop application technique are also determined, and the possibility of the application of konjaku paste in pigment printing is studied under workshop conditions.
