摘要 提出了一种基于贝叶斯网络的计算机硬件保修成本分析模型。随着计算机硬件厂商保修过程的进行,该保修成本分析模型能够利用不断更新的数据对保修成本进行动态分析,确定故障源并采取适当的应对措施降低保修成本。经实践检验,在厂家保修过程中引入该分析模型能够及时地发现硬件质量问题,达到降低保修成本提高利润的目的。 A analysis model of warranty cost for computer hardware based on Bayesian networks is presented in this paper.Using new project data obtained from the warranty process of computer hardware manufacure,it can carry through dynamic analysis of warranty cost ,identify sources of mulfunction,and take proper measure to reduce warranty cost.Practice proves that the model is capable to detect problem of hardware quality in time,and achieve the purpose of reducing warranty cost and maximizing profit.
