摘要 介绍了新型RN-32加氢精制催化剂和RHC-1加氢裂化催化剂组合在燕山分公司1.3Mt/a加氢裂化装置上的首次工业应用情况。结果表明,精制催化剂的脱氮性能优越,平均脱氮率为92.4%;在原料性质不断劣质化的情况下,仍能获得高收率的加氢裂化尾油,为蒸汽裂解制乙烯装置生产了充足、优质的原料。根据催化剂精制床层提温速率、裂化催化剂床层温升、提温速率以及反应器压差的变化等可知,催化剂的稳定性较好,能够满足装置长周期运转的需要。 The first commercial application of RN-32/RHC-1 combined catalyst was introduced in a 1 300 kt/a hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company. The operation results showed that RN-32 hydrotreating catalyst possessed high hydrodenitrogenation activity and the average nitrogen removal rate was 92. 4%.RHC-1 hydrocracking catalyst exhibited good performance for ring-opening reactions. Despite of the degradation of feed quality, the combination of these two catalysts could still provide enough high quality hydrocracked tail oil as feedstock for steam cracking to produce ethylene. The stability of the combined catalyst could meet the long-run demands based on the data of temperature increase rates of the two catalyst beds and the pressure drop profile inside the reactor.
