劣质蜡油加氢处理与催化裂化联合优化生产 被引量:3

摘要 中国石化广州分公司针对蜡油催化裂化装置原料劣质化的情况,采用劣质蜡油加氢处理与催化裂化联合的生产工艺。蜡油加氢处理装置以沙特直馏蜡油(VGO)、二次加工蜡油(CGO、DAO)为混合进料,经过加氢脱硫、脱氮、脱氧等预处理反应过程后,精制蜡油供给FCC装置作原料。工业生产结果表明:劣质蜡油经加氢预处理后,催化裂化产品分布得到显著改善,汽油、柴油收率提高,干气、焦炭产率下降;汽油和柴油的硫含量分别下降61.1%和42.8%;吨油利润提高约70元,经济效益显著。 Poor quality gas oil,a mixture of VGO,CGO and DAO,was hydrotreated to remove sulfur, nitrogen,metals and carbon residue. The hydrotreated gas oil was then blended as FCC feedstock. FCC unit operation data showed that the product slates were improved with the blending of hydrotreated gas oil: the yields of dry gas and coke decreased; the yields of LPG and naphtha plus LCO increased 2.71 percentages and 3. 58 percentages, respectively. At the same time, the average sulfur contents of FCC naphtha and LCO reduced 61.1% and 42.8% ,respectively. The economic profit of processing per ton FCC feed increased 70 RMB.
