摘要
利用自行设计研制的工业催化裂化装置汽提器在线取样系统,对两套工业重油催化裂化装置汽提段进行取样,将取样产物分为气体、液体和催化剂样品三部分进行处理和分析。取样研究结果表明,重油催化裂化过程中,汽提段内发生的是物理汽提与化学反应并存的过程;汽提段的上部以物理汽提过程为主,而汽提段下部以化学汽提过程为主;催化剂上携带的重质烃类在汽提段中发生了热裂化、催化裂化和脱氢缩合等反应,从汽提段顶部到汽提段底部,热裂化和催化裂化反应逐渐减少,而脱氢缩合反应逐渐增加。
The strippers were obtained gas,liquid and catalyst samples at different positions of two commercial RFCC by on-line sampling using a homemade sampling system. The gas composition, liquid product distribution and carbon content on catalyst were analyzed. The results show that physical stripping and chemical reactions coexist in RFCC stripper. The physical stripping process and the chemical stripping process are dominant in the upper part and the lower part of the stripper, respectively. Heavy hydrocarbons carried by catalyst undergo thermal cracking, catalytic cracking and dehydrogenationcondensation reactions in RFCC stripper. From the top to the bottom of the stripper, thermal cracking and catalytic cracking reactions decrease ,whereas dehydrogenation-condensation reactions increase.
