摘要
分析了注塑模热流道设计现状,以知识单元和结构单元表达概念信息,建立知识库;基于知识驱动对多腔模热流道结构进行设计;对设计结果进行模拟分析和优化;实现了基于知识传递的多腔注塑模热流道系统结构设计。
Current status of hot runner design of injection mould was analyzed. Using the knowledge unit and structure unit to express the conceptual information and establish the knowledge base. The design on hot runner structure of multi-cavity mould was carried out based on knowledge drive. Simulative analysis and optimization were carried out on the result of design thus realized the structural design of multi-cavity hot runner system based on knowledge transmission.
