Application of quality house technology in the refrigerator design based on qualitative function disposition

摘要 质量功能配置(QFD)利用质量屋将顾客需求转变成产品设计及制造需求。着重阐述了质量屋的生成过程,并以某企业所生产冰箱的客户需求为例,建立了评价模型,并在质量屋中构造相关要素矩阵以定量地确定用户需求,最后对质量屋可能存在的问题进行了分析。 The quality function disposition let the customer's requirements be transformed into the product design and manufacturing demands by the use of quality house. The generative course of quality house was emphatically expounded in this paper, and taking the customers requirements on the refrigerator produced by certain enterprise as an example, an evaluation model was estab- lished. The correlated matrix of essential factors was constituted in the quality house so as to determine quantitatively the requirements of customer. Finally an analysis was carried out on the problems that may be existed in the quality house.
