摘要
从便携式手术床床体有限元分析结果出发,建立优化设计模型,进行手术床全参数化模型的尺寸设计优化,得到较合理的床体轻量化设计方案。对电测量技术所采集的数据与优化结果比较分析表明:二者吻合度较好,验证了优化算法的合理性与正确性,为便携式手术床的成功研制、推广应用奠定了基础。
Start from the result of finite element analysis of portable operating table body to establish the model of optimization design and carrying out the dimensional designing optimization of the complete parameterized model of operating table, thus the rather reasonable lightweighting designing scheme of operating table body was obtained. The analysis on the comparison between the data being collected by electrical measurement technology and the result of optimization showed that these two bear preferable goodness of fit. The rationality and correctness of the optimized algorithm was verified, thus laid a foundation for the successful development study and spreading application of portable operating table.
