摘要
以加拿大跨国公司的企业特定优势和中国市场的国家特定优势互动关系为研究视角,构建加拿大企业进入中国市场的战略模式选择模型。研究表明,随着中加经济贸易关系进一步深化,双方投资领域不断扩大,不论是中国市场的国家特定优势,还是加拿大跨国企业的企业特定优势,都在发生动态的更新和变化,在这种交互关系的作用下,加拿大企业选择适宜的模式拓展中国市场,将有助于其全球战略的实现。
With the development of Sino-Canada economic and trade relationship as research background, the paper analyzes the evolution process and features of Canadian investment in China, and constructs the strategic choice model for Canadian enterprises to enter Chinese market based on the dynamic interaction between FSAs (Firm Specific Advantage)of Canadian enterprise and CSAs (Country Specific Advantages)of Chinese market. The result shows that not only FSAs of Canadian enterprise but also CSAs of Chinese market are undergoing dynamic renovation and changing with the deepening economic-trade relationship between China and Canada. Therefore, it is necessary for Canadian enterprises to choose the appropriate entry mode into Chinese market, which will facilitate the implementation and realization of its global strategy.
