摘要
针对注水井套管变形和套管补贴后内径缩小、现有小直径分注管柱耐压低、无法进行高压分层注水的问题,设计了胶筒膨胀比达1.3的K344-95注水封隔器和配套工具,组成小直径高压分注管柱,K344-95注水封隔器在内径100~124mm的套管内均可使用,耐压差高达35MPa以上,最高耐温150℃。该技术在套管变形、补贴井中应用48井次,工艺成功率100%,具有适应井径范围大、耐压高、管柱下井和起出顺利、可洗井等特点,解决了套管变形、缩径井高压分层注水问题,可进一步推广应用。
Based on analyzing the problems including the casing deformation of injection wells,the reduction of inner diameters of casing after patching,the existing small-diameter separate injection pipes with lower resistance to pressure,the incapability of injecting water under high pressure stratification,K344-95 packer for water injection and its matching tools are designed.And they are assembled into high pressure separate injection strings.The expansion coefficient of K344-95 packer is more than 1.3,and it can be applied to casing with inner diameters ranging from 100 mm to 124 mm.What's more,it is resistant to high differential pressure more than 35 MPa,as well as it is available for high temperature applications to 15 ℃.The new technology,which features in adaptation to different borehole diameters,resistance to high pressure,perfect running and tripping out of strings,and capability of flushing wells,has been successfully applied to 48 wells for casing deformation and patching.
