摘要
牙哈凝析气田凝析油含量高、井深、井温高、水质矿化度大,一般的泡排剂效果较差。为此,提出了深井、高温、高矿化度凝析气井泡沫排水采气技术研究。针对积水严重的牙哈501井进行泡沫排水采气试验,通过3种泡排剂与牙哈501井采出液在模拟井下高温条件的室内评价,以携液能力为主要指标,优选出UT-11C型泡排剂,该型起泡剂技术指标优良,适合牙哈凝析气田深井、高温、高矿化度条件。通过实验确定UT-11C型泡排剂体积浓度0.5%时,携液能力最优。在牙哈501井5个月的现场试验获得成功,泡沫排水采气技术投资少、见效快、风险小、效益高,是牙哈凝析气藏后期稳定生产的主要措施之一。
Yaha condensate gas field features in high content of condensate oil,deep wells,high temperature,and high salinity of water quality,so common foaming agents does not work at all.In view of this,research on the technology of gas recovery by foam drainage for condensate gas wells featuring in big depth,high temperature,and high salinity is put forward in this paper.Experiment of gas recovery by foam drainage is conducted in Well Yaha-501 where water accumulation is serious.By simulating the downhole temperature,laboratory evaluation is made on three types of foaming agents and the liquids produced from Well Yaha-501.As a result,UT-11C foaming agent is selected based on taking the capacity to carry liquid as the main index.The technical index of the foaming agent is excellent and is suitable for the conditions of Yaha condensate gas field which features in deep wells,high temperature,and high salinity.The capacity of UT-11C foaming agent to carry liquid is the best when its volume concentration is 0.5% based on experiments.After five months of field experiment,the technology of gas recovery by foam drainage turns out to be successful.It will be one of the major measures to guarantee the later stable production of Yaha condensate gas field for its low investment,fast effect,low risk,and high benefit.
