多品种多工序生产系统最优批量算法研究

Algorithm Study on Optimizing the Lot—size in Multi—assortment and Multi—stage Manufacturing Systems

本文从生产实际出发,分析研究了多品种多工序生产系统的在制品生灭过程,建立了多品种多工序生产系统的生产批量优化模型和算法。解决了多品种多工序条件下的生产游程干涉问题、最佳生产批量问题和近优投产顺序问题。该方法同样可以应用于成组生产系统的批量优化。

Based on the real-life production situations, this paper has analysed the changes of the quantity of the work-in-process in multi-assortment and multi-stage manufacturing sys- tems and put forward a model and an algorithm for optimizing the lot-size in these systems. Going a step further this paper has solved the process flow conflict problem. the optimum lot-size problem and the near-optimum manufacturing sequence problem. This method can also be used for optimizing the lot-size in Group Technology Manufacturing System.
