摘要 负压伤口治疗是伤口治疗新方法,近年来在临床各科得到应用和发展。作者综述了负压伤口治疗的两个关键技术,包括封闭负压引流技术和封闭负压辅助闭合技术,在压疮、下肢溃疡、急性伤口治疗中应用的进展。 Negative pressure wound therapy （NPWT） is a new therapeutic approach for wound care; it has been used in various clinical departments and has been improved. This article reviewed the important advances on the two techniques of NPWT. vacuum sealing drainage and vacuum- assisted closure in treating press ulcers,leg ulcers and acute wounds.
