摘要
通过对换热管内流体的运动分析和自旋扭带的转动力矩与阻力矩分析,推导出扭带的转速计算式。扭带转速特性的实验结果与理论推导较一致。理论分析及实验结果均表明,影响换热管内自旋扭带转速的主要因素是流体轴向流速及扭带半扭距。
By the kinematic analysis of flow, and the analysis of drive moment and resistance moment, the rotating speed expression of self-rotating twisted tape was deduced. The result of the rotating speed experiment is consistent with the theoretical one. The results show that the axial speed of the flow and the half-pitch of the twisted tape are the important factors to the rotating speed of the self-rotating twisted tape.
