摘要
脉冲爆震发动机是一种利用脉冲式爆震波产生推力的新概念发动机,本文设计了一种集汽油—空气供给系统、控制系统和脉冲爆震发动机于一体的系统体系,应用可编程控制器控制脉冲爆震发动机的点火频率、空气和汽油通道电磁阀的响应以及发动机的工作过程,建立了附带有承载小车的导轨架结构,并进行了模拟发射实验。实验表明,发动机点火起爆后能够正常工作并具有有效推力性能,应用可编程控制器实现了当发动机的空气供给流量降低时的变频点火控制,该实验体系及结果对于脉冲爆震发动机应用于工程实践有一定启示作用。
The pulse detonation engine (PDE) is an engine with new concept of using pulse detonation wave to produce thrust. In this paper, a PDE system with the gasoline-air supply system and controlling device is introduced. The programmable logic controller (PLC) to operate ignition frequency, the solenoid valve of air, and as well as gasoline are introduced. It is stated simply for the modeling launch test of the PDE system on the launcher with a carrying barrow. The normal work of the PDE by ignition and its efficient performance are shown in the experiment. The PLC commands the ignition of changing frequencies when the air flow rate decreases. The experimental results are helpful to the practice of PDE.
