摘要
TOFD技术作为一种缺陷检测与定量的方法在无损探伤领域得到了广泛的应用。为了提高TOFD扫描图像中缺陷信号的可识别性,达到精确检测和定位的目的,本文提出了将图像处理中的边缘检测算子引入TOFD扫描图像的方法。在对TOFD技术和边缘检测算子进行简要介绍之后,本文进行了将Sobel算子、高斯—拉普拉斯算子等应用于TOFDD扫描图像识别中的实验。实验结果表明,边缘检测成功地识别了TOFD扫描图像中的衍射波信号,可以提高TOFD检测的精确性。
Recently, TOFD is widely used as a method of crack testing and measuring. For increasing the identifiability of the crack signal in TOFD method to test and locate accurately, edge detection of image processing is introduced to the scan imagery recognition of TOFD. After a brief explanation of TOFD method and some edge detection operator, experiments applying Sobel and LOG operators in D-scan image of TOFD are presented. Experiments results show that the application is successful in detecting the diffraction fringe of TOFD scan image and the precision is increased.
