摘要 航空系统中主控系统发送的控制指令码需要精确的测试,人工测试系统的可靠性与测试效率都比较低。本文介绍了一套基于虚拟仪器理论的控制指令码自动测试系统,阐述了系统的组成与软件的设计。该系统的软件根据被测产品反馈的控制指令码,精确调节可控电压源的输出电压,从而改变控制指令码。系统实现了控制指令码的自动匹配,并自动调用GPIB接口的标准频率计直接进行测量。实际应用表明,该系统的可靠性与测试效率都表现出了良好的性能。 The controlling instruction code sent by the main control system needs accurate measurement in an aeronautic system. The manual system performs poorly in both reliability and test efficiency. A controlling instruction code automatic measurement system which is based on virtual instrument theory is introduced in this paper, and its system structure and software design are also presented. According to the controlling instruction code which is feed back by testing product, the software of this system can precisely modulate the power supply to modify the controlling instruction code. The system realize automatic match of the controlling instruction code, and direct test through transferring the standard cymometer of GPIB automatically. The application shows that the system performance is more agreeable in both reliability and test efficiency.
