摘要
电子提花机是纺织设备的一种,它采用电子控制技术实现对提花龙头(磁头执行机构)的控制,与传统的采用纹板控制的机械式提花机相比具有操作方便、可靠性高、生产成本低的特点。本文提出了一种电子提花机控制系统的嵌入式设计方案,该方案采用S3C2410X微处理器作为主控制器,操作系统采用Linux,给出了硬件设计框图及软件设计流程。该方案满足实际工业控制领域对实时性、可靠性、低成本的要求。经现场测试,该系统能满足对提花机的实时控制要求,可以完全取代传统的机械式提花机。
The electronic jacquard loom is one kind of textile equipment, and it uses electron technology to control the faucet (magnet implementing agency). It has the advantages of convenience in operation, higher reliability and lower cost when compared with the card control mechanical jacquard. An embedded design of electronic jacquard based on ARM is presented in this paper, which satisfies the real-time response, reliability and low cost in the industry control area. It uses S3C2410X as the MCU and Linux as the embedded operating system. This paper also presents the structure of hardware and the flow chart of software. This system can satisfy the real time control requirement of jacquard by the field test, and it can replace the traditional mechanical jacquard.
