摘要
准确测量试样体体积的变化是非饱和土三轴仪实验中的难点之一,本文介绍了一种新的用于非饱和土三轴仪的体变测量方法。该系统使用激光和位移传感器来感知非饱和土的直径变化,并将这种变化传输给单片机进行处理和存储;单片机控制固定激光和位移传感器的平台上下移动以测量试样体各个位置的直径变化,从而得知试样体体积的变化,测量数据不但可以通过LCD实时显示,也可以传输到计算机内用于分析和处理。实验表明,本系统可以较精确地测量非饱和土体变,具有较高的稳定度和自动化程度。
This paper introduces a new method of measuring the volume changes of unsaturated soil specimen which is difficult to be measured in triaxial test. The system uses laser and displacement sensor to percept the diameter changes of unsaturated soil specimen, and then the measured data is transmitted to SCM to be processed and stored. The SCM controls the platform where the laser and displacement sensor located moving up or down to measure the diameter changes of several places of the sample. And from these changes, the volume changes of the sample are figured out. Besides, the measured data could be displayed in LCD or transmitted to the computer, therefore it is easy to be analyzed and treated. It is found that this system has high accuracy for measuring the volume changes of unsaturated soil specimen with high stabilization and high automatization.
