摘要
G.723.1双速率语音编解码协议是广泛应用于多媒体通信、蜂窝移动通信等领域的双速率语音编解码协议。复杂的编解码算法是造成在嵌入式处理器上软件实时实现的一大瓶颈。本文针对G.723.1语音编解码协议提出了一种算法优化方案,通过码本搜索方法的一系列改进,比ITU-T推荐程序节省了40%左右的运算量,为进一步的嵌入式开发提供了很好的基础。
G. 723. 1 is a dual rate speech codec standard, which is widely used in multi-media communication and cellular mobile communication. The complicated code and decode algorithm is a bottleneck in software real-time realizing in embedded system. In this paper, a kind of algorithm is proposed to reduce the search computation required for G723. 1. Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce about 40% with no degradation on the quality. This reductionism would be helpful to save the power consumption and relax CPU load for the mobile-machine in wireless communication.
