摘要
基于光学的色散原理,本文研制了一种可以在线检测镀膜玻璃光学性质的仪器。该仪器采用光纤作为传光载体,利用线阵CCD与光栅的配合完成对玻璃透射和反射光谱测量。光纤对光的发射和接收避免了杂散光的干扰噪声;光栅和高灵敏度的线阵CCD可实现高精确度的光谱采集。通过计算机强大的计算能力,可以实现透射率、反射率、各种色差测量和显示,如CIE1931色坐标(x,y)以及CIE1976色坐标(U,V,W)等,并且能够反馈给生产线,实现对镀膜玻璃光学特性的在线检测及生产线的自动控制。
Based on the principle of optics' dispersion, an instrument for detecting the optical character of the glass is put forward in this paper. In which,optical fiber is used as a carrier to transmit the light, and with the combination of linear CCD image sensor and grating, the reflected and transmitted spectrum from the glass is measured. The optical fiber is used because it can avoid the stray light when the light is sent and received; and the grating and the extreme sensitive linear CCD image sensor detector can help to realize the most accurate collection of the spectrum. Using the strong quality of counting of computer, the transmittance, reflectance, and the chromatic aberration can be detected and displayed,for example,the CIE1931 color coordinate (x, y) and the CIE 1976 color coordinate (U, V, W) and so on. Besides,the feedback can be sent to the product line,and the chromatic character of the coated glass is detected online exactly and auto-control is realized.
