摘要
采用光子计数法研制大气SO_2浓度分析仪,计数结果对应SO_2的浓度值。光子计数器的计数随测量环境温度的变化有一定波动。为消除这一影响,需要对光子计数器的工作环境温度进行测控,测控系统采用半导体制冷片来降低光子计数器的环境温度,并实时显示计数器的当前温度。实验结果证明,在室内温度下,采用级联制冷法,仪器在开启25 min后,光子计数器温度能达到5℃以下。
The principle of photon counter is applied to the development of the analyzer of SO2 concentration in air. The result read by the analyzer corresponding to the concentration of SO2 fluctuates as the environment temperature varies. Necessarily, the environment temperature of photon counter should he monitored and controlled on purpose to eliminate the negative fluctuation. The system adopts semiconductor refrigerator to reduce the circumstance temperature of photon counter, and display temperature of counter in real-time. The experiment result shows that, under indoor temperature, the temperature of photon counter is lower than 5 ℃ after the analyzer working for 25 minutes when the method of connection refrigerate is adopted.
