摘要
随着微波半导体技术、数字信号处理技术和计算机技术的发展,依赖多维数字校准和补偿技术,动态范围大、测量速度快的二极管功率计成为现代微波功率计发展的主流。本文介绍了现代二极管微波功率计的线性校准、温度补偿、频响校准等多维数字校准和补偿技术。
With the development of microwave semiconductor, DSP and computer technologies, the diode power meter, based on multidimensional digtal calibration and compensation, with large dynamic range and quick speed becomes the main product. According to the fact mentioned above, this paper introduces linearity calibration temperature compensation and response calibration of the modern diode microwave power meter in detail.
