摘要
本文通过对LabWindows/CVI仪器设备驱动程序的讨论,从而引出一种新的可互换虚拟仪器测试驱动程序的设计规范IVI-TD。该文介绍了IVI-TD的概念及特点,并详细剖析了仪器驱动程序的两种标准化结构模型:外部接口模型、内部设计模型;最后,以Agilent 81104A脉冲信号发生器的仪器驱动程序的设计为例,讲述了基于LabWindows/CVI软件开发平台如何开发仪器驱动程序。IVI-TD应用于自动测试系统中,可以很容易地开发出软硬件紧密结合、功能强大的可互换设备驱动程序。
In this paper, we will introduce the definition and characteristic of instrument drivers based on IVI-TD standard. We also use two architectural models for discussing the instrument driver architecture, these models are called the instrument driver external interface model and the instrument driver internal design model. Finally, we will give an example to show the instrument driver implementation based on LabWindows/CVI software development platform. IVI-TD is widely used for developing instrument drivers in building Automatic Test System.
